We are going to be making a okonomiyaki style cheese steak. What is okonomiyaki you may ask? It's a popular street food in Japan, it is best known in Osaka where It is believed to have originated from. It's a cabbage pancake combined with eggs, meat, veggies, covered with Japanese bbq and mayonnaise.

We will also be serving a Curry Udon bowl, with egg, corn and scallions.
