About me

Growing up in an Italian/American family from Trenton, NJ, my family has always been extremely passionate about bread, pasta, sauces, and food in general. Taking that and my upbringing from the Philadelphia suburbs I followed in my dads food steps and went to the Culinary Institute of America NY and graduated in 2012. After school I spent the next 5 years working in luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants in Park City and Cape Cod. In 2019 I moved to Charleston where I worked full time at an exclusive and private country club and worked part time as a sausage maker at a famous bbq spot.   Recently I have called Nashville home, actually Murfreesboro. , Oku in Germantown is why I came to Music City, I was one of the sous chefs there for the last couple of years. While I was part of  Oku our team tied with Jeff Rubys for best upscale restaurant in 2021, and we became Nashville's best sushi bar restaurant from 2019-2022. 

 

I have called many different states home, I have traveled quite extensively throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. I finally got to meet my family in Umbria, Italy in 2019. Where my love of Italian food was intensified. I have picked up the local flavors and culture from all of these places and I want to share these with you. Along with Philly Cheese Steaks you can expect to have handmade mozzarella sticks, southern dishes, gourmet  sides, and other regional tastes from America.

Family Meals/ Catered Events 

Feeding the family? We can help!  All items on the menu can be customized to feed more people say a family of 4 or even 8. We are also available to cater for your next graduation, open house, lunch meeting, or private dinner at home.
