About the Chef!

Growing up in an Italian-American family from Trenton, NJ, my family has always been extremely passionate about bread, pasta, sauces, and food in general. With that passion and my upbringing in the Philadelphia suburbs, I followed in my dad’s footsteps and attended the Culinary Institute of America in New York, graduating in 2012.

After school, I spent the next five years working in luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants in Park City and Cape Cod. In 2019, I moved to Charleston, where I worked full-time at an exclusive private country club and part-time as a sausage maker at a famous BBQ spot.

Recently, I have called Nashville home—more specifically, Murfreesboro. Oku in Germantown was what originally brought me to Music City, where I worked as a sous chef for the last couple of years. While at Oku, our team tied with Jeff Ruby’s for Best Upscale Restaurant in 2021, and we were named Nashville’s Best Sushi Bar from 2019 to 2022.

I have lived in many different states and traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. In 2019, I finally got to meet my family in Umbria, Italy, where my love for Italian food deepened. I have absorbed the local flavors and cultures from all these places, and I want to share them with you. Along with Philly cheesesteaks, you can expect handmade mozzarella sticks, Southern dishes, gourmet sides, and other regional flavors from across America.

Family Meals/ Catered Events 

Feeding the family? We can help!  All items on the menu can be customized to feed more people say a family of 4 or even 8. We are also available to cater for your next graduation, open house, lunch meeting, or private dinner at home.
