Pleased to present to you chef Scaccetti's artistic and culinary vision for 2024. All dishes will come FULLY PREPARED and will require additional reheating/ cooking. Each dish will have unique but easy to follow instructions on how to recook.
Soups
Soups made from scratch. Soups are sold in quart sized containers.
Creamy, savory, rich, and velvety is how I would describe this when you taste it. I add some herbs (thyme and parsley) to give it a little bit more depth of flavor. These will be sold in 32oz quart containers.

Chef inspired side dishes
Not your usual side dishes! These will be full of flavor, unique, and unforgettable. *All side dishes are made to feed 3-4 people, as a side dish to a dinner prepared with a main course dish.*
Rich, ultra smooth texture, creamy, buttery, with the added tastiness of sour cream and fresh green onions. One order will use 28oz of russet potatoes.

Smokey thick cut bacon which is rendered and slowly cooked with onions and thyme until they are sweet and caramelized. Finished in the traditional French method and enhanced with southern flavors. Each order will be a 1lb of food. As a side dish to your meal these could easily feed 3 people, possibly even four.

A very well done and traditional side of collard greens to enjoy with your next meal. Well balanced flavors of smoky, savory, fatty, sweet and sour, with a tad bit of spicy, are stewed with your greens in chicken stock for at least 2 hours before being finished.$13.7513.75 USD
A much different take on a potato salad but I am sure it will not disappoint you in the least bit. I render most of the bacon fat first, then add onions, garlic, pepperoncinis and red bell peppers. Once they are slightly cooked, deglaze the pan with red wine vinegar. And the final step, toss the potatoes in the pan and finish with some fresh parsley and thyme. This is vegetarian and gluten free. A refreshing, herby, and vibrant pasta salad made from chick pea fusilli noodles. This is a salad that could fill you up if you were to eat it by itself. Accompined with fresh and juicy vine ripe tomatoes, diced fresh mozzarella, and crisp green beans. Scrumptious pasta dishes created to feed two people or one very hungry person. All sauces are made from scratch.
Classic lasagna with beef. 3 layers of robust, roasted garlic red sauce, and smothered with mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta cheeses. Infused with Italian herbs such as basil, rosemary, oregano, and parsley. This will easily feed a family of 4 with left overs.

Your classic Fettuccine Alfredo with a roasted garlic and parmesan cream sauce. I finish it with a healthy portion of Italian herbs like parsley, rosemary, and oregano. The chicken is baked in the oven. To season it I use a Memphis style bbq rub on it from the Memphis restaurant Rendezvous, which is super tasty! Single individual portion, but it can feed two people
